Precision grinding of irregular parts such as holes, pipes, gaps, dead angles, right angles, and threads of metal parts with a size of ф0.2mm*3mm. It can clean stainless steel parts, remove metal processing chips and slag; sharp edges and rounded corners; optimize surface electroplating and electricity.

The multi-process manipulator independently modified by the company was officially put into use
Since the end of 2012, our company has begun to transform the single-process manipulator. It is planned to transform the manipulator that can only assist the punching machine to perform one processing, and transform it into an automated manipulator that can perform multiple processing at the same time. The transformation process is completely carried out by our company independently. After repeated measurements, calculations and experiments, a multifunctional manipulator capable of performing four processing steps on a punch press was finally successfully developed in April 2013. In June 2013, the manipulator was officially put into production. As of July 2013, our company has transformed three manipulators and all of them have been put into production.
